HIt is Happy Friday!
Can’t believe these puppies all go home tomorrow. We will miss them so very much. They are all doing so well sitting when they greet us, going potty outside, coming when called and so much more. They have enjoyed more time with our big girls and as well as getting some visits from some family this week. They all still love their mom’s bed most and have come up with a fun game of tag around a chair we have in the snow as well as king of the chair😆. Today will be busy with baths, nail trim, ear cleaning, and lots of snuggles as they all get ready to meet their families.

Happy Monday!!
We are so very excited to get some warmer temps this coming week especially for take home! These puppies are troopers through. We have had such a long stretch of sub zero temps and as long as the sun is out they enjoy their time outside to run, play and go potty. We spent time over the weekend introducing them to some new things such as the bathtub, leashes, and carpeted surfaces as well as more slippery hard surfaces. We continue to play the noise soundtrack and have increased the volume a bit. We encourage everyone to continue to make the bathtub a fun place for treats and time spent while not bathing. Encourage them to start to hop in, or walk in if you have that style, to receive a treat as this will be something they need to be used to for the rest of their lives. Each experience should be positive and short with lots of love and encouragement. They are all doing so very well with name recognition, sitting to greet us, and going potty outside, but that will also be an ongoing process when they come home. Everyone in the home needs to be consistent in this area to wait to pet their new buddy once they sit and not to get them overly excited when they greet you so the expectation is a calm sitting puppy that gets your attention. This is a great week to have a family meeting of all the expectations for the family in regard to the training process. We just adore these puppies and will miss them very much, but they are so ready to have more individual time with their families!

Happy Friday!
we have had some very cold days and are looking is forward to a bit of a warm up next week. Even with the lows, these puppies are determined to potty mostly outside. They have enjoyed some more visitors and time inside. They are quick learners and really starting to grasp “sit”. They are all growing so fast! They love most their time with us and as sad as it is to see them go they are so ready to be welcomed into their forever homes to be loved more individually to continue all that we have started.

Pink has found her forever home and is now Bailey❤️
All went well with the vet appointment today! Puppies are all tuckered out after their shots and microchip placement, but are all healthy and do well🤗. Again, so thankful for a vet that comes to our home for these visits!
Happy Monday!
We had lots of fun spending time inside this weekend to explore and have time away from their normal area. Everyone has transitioned now to hard puppy food well and are now completely weaned from Penny. This makes getting pictures with her and them very hard because they still just want to nurse and she has nothing to give them so she dances around trying to not let them. We had visitors to continue the process of having them get used to new people as well as more time with our other big Mamas. We continue to work on resource guarding by keeping our hands in their food while they eat and they are all doing very well showing no signs of this bothering them. Even with the frigid temps puppies mostly wanted to do their business outside 🤗. But it was very cold here so no one was forced but it is so good to see that becoming their desire over going inside. This will be a good start but once they are home you will need to learn their individual signals until they can figure out how to tell you when they need to go outside. Most will go off and circle around or start smelling more intensely. Some families have used a bell on the door with good results. They are eating 3 meals daily and will continue that when they go home until their new vet feels they can drop down to 2. Crate time continues to go well and every day we have a few puppies take their turn at being alone in a crate without a sibling. While their first few nights away from here will still be very sad ones for them we hope this will help to get them more prepared for that transition. The vet comes later today and we look forward to having her here for yet another good experience and to start them on the path of being ready for their forever homes.

Happy Friday!
Puppies are growing and developing at a rapid rate. They are eating hard puppy food now not softened as their teeth are fully in. Penny will be done nursing by the end of this week and with teeth she is happy to be that point with these 11 sweethearts as they are very vigorous nursers. Everyone is doing very well with crate time, startle response, work on resource guarding, going potty mostly outside and all poops at night are in the potty area🤗, and so much more!! We are geared up for their appointment on Monday. Our vet is so wonderful to come to our home for this so we do not need to expose them to unnecessary germs at this tough age before they are vaccinated. We are enjoying them all so much and look forward to the busy, fun week ahead!!
