Kapri is an F1 Great Golden Labradoodle. This means she is 50% Standard Poodle and 26% Great Pyrenees, 15% Labrador retriever & 9% Golden Retriever. We are so very excited to offer this amazing girl in our program as she brings the best of these wonderful breeds to her future puppies. The Great Pyrenees brings the gentle, loyal temperament and the lab and retriever brings the wonderful eager to please wonderful family member that is so well loved, while the poodle brings the intelligent and non-shedding trait that is coveted. She will be bred with Newton for F1b puppies that will be medium sized. Kapri is cream and white and when bred with Newton we are expecting red & white, as well as cream puppies that will average around 50-70 lbs when mature.
Kapri lives with her family very near us and comes to visit when they go on vacation to help her feel very safe and comfortable in our home. We believe very strongly in each of our mothers living their best life and for that reason we have some of them in guardian homes to allow for each one to be well loved and give us the time we need to devote to our 3 Mamas that live with us.
Kapri's family describes her as having "the best temperament". "She is calm and loving and truly is the best dog that is great with kids and other dogs." Kapri is calm and cuddly when in the house and fun and playful when outside. She was very easy to potty train and is very loyal with eyes that melt those she interacts with. She is very easy going and does well in new environments and we couldn't be more excited to pass on all those wonderful qualities in her puppies.
