Starting at 2 weeks of age (weather dependent) we bring the puppies outside to start to acclimating them to new surroundings.
|
We are growing! Summer 2018 (below) we welcomed Penny our sweet Golden Retriever and Stella another Bernese Mountain Dog into our family! Looking forward to beautiful medium F1 Goldendoodles and medium F1 Bernedoodles in 2020.

Oscar is an apricot standard poodle who has proven to be a loving pet, a serious hunter and all around faithful family member. When not in the fields, he is, bar none, the most affectionate dog my wife and I have ever had, and we’ve had some real sweethearts. Oscar thinks everyone loves him and loves everybody right back. The litters he’s produced have been nothing but creatures of beauty. We love our poodle – he’s intelligent, eager to please and handsome as can be.
A little background on how we came to own a standard poodle, considering I am an avid bird hunter. Many years ago, heading into a hunting area I met a gentleman as he and his dog were coming out. I did a double take and asked if it was a poodle. Indeed, it was and the fellow had nothing but good things to say about its hunting prowess. I read more about hunting poodles and when the opportunity presented itself my wife and I decided to purchase a standard poodle; Oscar. The first year of hunting Oscar was along for the ride (as are most puppies) but each year has shown significant improvements. Now Oscar is adept at flushing birds using his nose and following the bird when it gets up. Oscar is the dog for the foot hunter. He works close until he sticks scent and then really goes to work. On top of rounding out our family, I am amazed and pleased with my hunting buddy. ~Tony (owner) We are lucky to have Oscar as he compliments all of Ruby's wonderful qualities to produce exceptional puppies.
